Ice – hard, cold, tough. Ice melts.

Sit with the fact of where you are at this time and accept it. This will relieve your stress.

Accept too that your aspirations will come at a later time, when you are ready to deal with them.

For now, use what energy you have to self nourish and self help and look outside of you to see if there is someone less well off and do something simple to help them.
